E71T-1C
Applicable to the welding of 490MPa high-strength steel structure, mostly the welding of steel structure for ships, mechanical manufacturing, containers, petrochemical engineering, bridges etc.
E71T-GS
Applicable to the welding of outdoor light structural components and sheets≤1.0mm e.g.small-sized fillet weld, galvanized sheet etc.
EL8 (H08A)
Brand Standards and Steel Grade Gauge Welding Wire Chemical Composition (%) — GBAW, SDIN/BS: C ≤0.10, Mn 0.30–0.55, Si ≤0.03, P ≤0.030, S ≤0.030, Cr ≤0.20, Ni ≤0.30, Cu ≤0.20. Brand Mechanical Properties of Deposited Metal.
EM12K
Brand Standards and Steel Grade Gauge Welding Wire Chemical Composition (%) — GBAW, SDIN/BS: C 0.05–0.15, Mn 0.80–1.25, Si 0.10–0.35, P ≤0.030, S ≤0.030, Cr ≤0.20, Ni ≤0.30, Cu ≤0.20. Brand Mechanical Properties.
EH12K (H08Mn2SiA)
H08Mn2SiA is a submerged arc welding wire for carbon structural steel. When used with fluxes such as SJ101, SJ201, SJ501, and HJ431, it can produce excellent welds.
EH14 (H10Mn2)
Brand Standards and Steel Grade Gauge Welding Wire Chemical Composition (%) — GBAW, SDIN/BS: C ≤0.12, Mn 1.50–1.90, Si ≤0.07, P ≤0.035, S ≤0.035, Cr ≤0.20, Ni ≤0.30, Cu ≤0.20. Brand Mechanical Properties of Deposited Metal.
EM13K(H10MnSi)
H10MnSi is a submerged arc welding wire for carbon structural steel. When used with fused fluxes such as HJ360, HJ433, HJ431, HJ434 and agglomerated fluxes such as SJ101, SJ201, SJ501, it produces welds with excellent mechanical properties, featuring good low-temperature impact toughness and strong porosity resistance.
Certified Tungsten Electrode (WC-15 / WC-20)
Ceriated tungsten electrode enables easy arc starting and maintains stable arc performance at low currents, while being entirely free of radioactive pollution, making it an environment-friendly choice for precision low-current welding.
Zirconiated Tungsten Electrode (WZ-3 / WZ-8)
Zirconiated tungsten electrode forms a stable balled tip during AC welding, delivering more stable arc performance and better corrosion resistance than pure tungsten, especially under high-current welding conditions.
Yittriated Tungsten Electrode (WY-20)
Yittriated tungsten electrode produces a narrow and highly compressed arc beam that achieves maximum welding penetration, making it particularly suitable for medium-to-high current applications in the military and aviation industries.
Lanthanated Tungsten Electrode (WL-10 / WL-15 / WL-20)
Lanthanated tungsten electrode delivers welding performance comparable to thoriated tungsten across both AC and DC applications, without any radioactive hazards, and has become the preferred non-radioactive substitute in Europe and Japan.
Thoriated Tungsten Electrode (WT-7 / WT-10 / WT-20 / WT-30 / WT-40)
Thoriated tungsten electrode has strong electron emission, high current capacity, and stable arc for long-term DC welding, but poses slight radioactive hazards.
