Application: Suitable for welding low-alloy high-strength steel with a tensile strength level of 550 MPa. Common application areas include ships, bridges, construction machinery, offshore engineering, coal mining machinery, building machinery, etc.

Characteristics: A titania-type gas-shielded flux-cored wire. It offers excellent welding performance, characterized by a soft and stable arc, low spatter, easy slag removal, good weld bead appearance, and high welding efficiency. The deposited metal exhibits excellent low-temperature toughness at -40°C and good crack resistance.

Note On Usage:

1.Apply CO₂ gas shield, and CO₂ gas purity should be above 99.95%.

2.The CO₂ shield gas flow during welding should be controlled between 20–25 L/min.

3.The extension length of the welding wire should be controlled between 15–25 mm.

4.The preheat and interpass temperature should be 150°C ± 15°C.
