Suitable for welding corrosion-resistant 06Cr19Ni10 and 06Cr18Ni11Ti stainless steel structures at operating temperatures below 300°C.
Rutile-coated Cr19Ni10 stainless steel welding electrodes possess excellent welding process performance and anti-porosity properties. The coating is resistant to red-heating and cracking, and the deposited metal exhibits good mechanical properties and resistance to intergranular corrosion.

2. Power Supply Selection: DC reverse connection (DC+) is recommended for better arc stability and penetration. AC can also be used if necessary.
