Welding Process Key Points
1. The protect gas flow rate is 18-25L/min; Ar+2% O2; When the wind speed is greater than 0.5m/s, take wind proof measures.
2. Use low heat input parameters, control interpass temperature below 150℃ to avoid sensitization and grain coarsening.
3. Clean the base metal surface thoroughly before welding; use the wire immediately after opening to prevent moisture contamination.
