It is suitable for the welding of 07Cr19Ni11Nb and 07Cr18Ni11Nb stainless steels, with common application fields including food processing, medical equipment, pressure vessels, petrochemical industries, etc.
20Cr-10Ni-Nb austenitic stainless steel mixed gas shielded welding wire features excellent welding process performance, with stable arc, minimal spatter, good wire feedability and nice weld bead appearance. It also has good crack resistance, suitable for welding under corrosive service conditions.

1. Shielding gas adopts pure argon or Ar+2% O2, gas flow 18.0–25.0 L/min; take windproof measures when wind speed exceeds 0.5 m/s.
2. Adopt low current and short arc welding, control interpass temperature below 150℃ to prevent grain coarsening and preserve niobium stabilization effect.
3. Remove oil, rust and oxide scale on base metal surface before welding; keep welding wire sealed and dry storage, use up quickly after opening.
4. Avoid prolonged heating in the 450-850°C sensitization range to maintain intergranular corrosion resistance.
