Applications
Suitable for welding base materials such as 06Cr17Ni12Mo2 (S31608) and 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 (S31603), including stainless steels such as 316 and 316L. It can also be used for welding chromium stainless steel, composite steel, and dissimilar steels that cannot be heat-treated after welding. Common applications include petrochemicals, food and medical applications, shipbuilding, and nuclear power.

Key Points of Welding Process
1. Protective Gas Requirements: Recommended gas flow rate is 20~25 L/min. Ensure stable gas supply to avoid porosity caused by insufficient shielding.
2. Welding Operation Tips: Recommended electrode extension length is 15~20 mm. Adopt short arc welding, avoid excessive oscillation amplitude to ensure uniform weld formation.
3. Preheating & Interpass Temperature: For thick plates, preheat to 100~150°C, and control interpass temperature below 150°C to prevent hot cracking.
