Purpose
It is suitable for bottoming welding of beveled bottom layers of carbon steel and low-alloy steel pipes and butt joints.
Characteristics
Special carbon steel electrode for bottom welding of low-potassium hydrogen medicine skin, the electrode has a large arc blowing force, and the welding is applied on one side and formed on both sides during bottoming welding. Root clearing can be avoided during bottoming welding, which is conducive to improving work efficiency.It has excellent welding process performance, stable arc, easy slag removal, beautiful weld forming on the back, and good low-temperature impact toughness of the molten metal.

Welding process points
1.Drying requirements: The electrode must be kept warm for 1h at 300～350℃ before welding.
